The owner, Chris, called me immediately after my request. Not only that, but he came the same day to provide the estimate. It was a small project to repair some water damage, and while some other companies said the only fix was to replace the floor, Chris provided a less costly , less intrusive solution. He was on on time, reasonable, and did FANTASTIC work! Highly recommend!

My husband and I are thrilled with the work done by Chris Clemens. We would have given MORE than 5 stars if possible! We were going through a difficult situation with home depot ... they would not do any subfloor prep. We found Chris on Home Advisor. He called me back right away and actually was able to come and meet with us that same day! He spent time explaining everything to us. He really knows his stuff. When the day of install arrived, he was right on time. He let us know how things were going, eft everything super clean and finished the job when he said he would. Our hardwood floors are stunning! They are beautiful! .... We highly recommend Chris Clemens.

Mr. Clemens came to the house to review the work that needed to be done and sent me an fair and reasonable estimate early the next day. We contracted Chris and set a date for the work to be completed over two days (the flooring spans the entire first floor of our home). Chris showed up at the scheduled time and immediately went to work correcting our issue. ... After resetting the floor in the agreed to time frame, the floor looked better than it did after the original install. Chris was courteous, friendly, reliable and honest. His work ethic is solid and the work performed was done in a clean and timely manner. ... I would hire Chris again with no hesitation for future flooring needs. ... Great experience and great results.

The Estimate: Chris was punctual, explained the work needed and gave me an estimate for the repair. The Job: Chris was punctual, went over the job details with me and then began to repair the floor. Chris let me know each phase of the project and answered my questions. The repair was completed and the price equalled the estimate. Chris was very professional and I recommend him for your hardwood floor repair.
